Cette r\u00e9action n\u00e9cessite l\u2019ajout d\u2019un agent r\u00e9ducteur (mol\u00e9cule NH3) et une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 850 et 1050\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019agent r\u00e9ducteur peut \u00eatre de l\u2019ur\u00e9e ou de l\u2019ammoniac, qui r\u00e9agissent respectivement suivant les r\u00e9actions suivantes :<br \/><strong>CO(NH2)2 + 2 NO + \u00bd O2 \u21d2 2 N2 + CO2 + 2 H2O (Cas de l\u2019ur\u00e9e)<br \/><\/strong><strong>4NH3 + 4 NO + O2 \u21d2 4 N2 + 6 H2O (Cas de l\u2019ammoniac)<\/strong><\/p><p>Cette r\u00e9action, pour \u00eatre efficace, doit \u00eatre parfaitement maitris\u00e9e afin d\u2019injecter le r\u00e9actif dans une zone de temp\u00e9rature et avec un temps de s\u00e9jour optimal dans l\u2019\u00e9quipement \u00e0 traiter. Il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de limiter au maximum les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de fuites d\u2019ammoniac afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de sel d\u2019ammonium et de corrosion sur les \u00e9quipements.<\/p><p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9duction des oxydes d\u2019azote par SNCR, propos\u00e9 par PROSSERGY, est issu de plus de 20 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de d\u00e9veloppement. La consommation de r\u00e9actif est \u00e9galement moindre et la fuite d\u2019ammoniac tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p><p>La plage d\u2019utilisation des catalyseurs de SCR est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprise entre 180 et 450\u00b0C. Ces catalyseurs se pr\u00e9sentent sous la forme d\u2019un support, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en c\u00e9ramique (parfois en m\u00e9tal), impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de la phase active. Le support peut alors prendre plusieurs formes : monolithe, plaques ou pellets.<br \/>Ces catalyseurs sont sensibles \u00e0 certains poisons pr\u00e9sents dans les fum\u00e9es, c\u2019est pour cela que leur mise en \u0153uvre requiert savoir-faire et exp\u00e9rience afin de disposer d\u2019une installation performante et fiable.<br \/>L\u2019int\u00e9gration de la SCR dans le traitement de fum\u00e9es et la boucle thermique de l\u2019unit\u00e9 est un point d\u2019attention particulier pour disposer d\u2019un optimum performance environnementale \/ fiabilit\u00e9 \/ performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-857cb80 text-editor-blue elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
