PROSSERGY offers high-efficiency catalytic gas treatment processes,
custom-designed for clients’ applications.
The removal of compounds is achieved by passing the effluent through a catalyst. This activates the decomposition of pollutants at low temperatures, enabling high and sustainable abatement levels. Advantages of the catalytic process:
  • Custom design tailored to the installation being treated.
  • High and stable performance (up to 99% or more).
  • No formation of secondary effluents requiring additional treatment.
  • Capability to treat a wide range of pollutants.
Two types of supports are available:
  • Pellets: Compact size, excellent Performance/Temperature compromise.
  • Monolith: Low pressure drop, dust resistance
Particularly suited for processes in the chemical and gas treatment sectors with highly concentrated streams, the solutions also allow for multi-gas treatment:
